Cancellation Policy

Individual Coaching: By committing to a full coaching program, you will get a separate contract with information about cancellation and rescheduling included. Shamanic Healing: To cancel or reschedule please contact us latest 24 hours before the original appointment. Workshops: You can cancel or reschedule your participation up to two hours prior the booked workshop begin. For cancellations we keep €5 processing fees, the rest will be refunded. Please note: if you cancel a class/workshop after purchasing a starter kit, we cannot refund the whole amount paid. we will keep €20 (€15 for the starter pack; €5 processing fee). A better option is to reschedule without any extra charges.
